Personal Introductions to Local Business Leaders

The New Orleans Bienvenue Krewe is comprised of a team of local business leaders who are the first smiling faces new residents meet when they move to New Orleans. When new and hopeful residents opt in to join the New Orleans Bienvenue Krewe they are referred to a Krewe Leader who will reach out to them to welcome them to our city. Our Krewe leaders are trusted business leaders and sponsors who agree to be mentors. These trusted business leaders have chosen to invest their time to help new residents become acclimated to our city.

Facebook Support Group

The Moving to New Orleans Facebook group is our public support group for new and hopeful residents. With nearly 4,000 members, new and hopeful residents join our group to ask questions about our city, make friends and share stories about the adventures they create here.

Home Search Assistance

We want to be sure that you find a great place to land when you make it to New Orleans. We offer home search assistance to those who join the New Orleans Bienvenue Krewe by taking the New Resident Survey. If you indicate that you want help with finding a home, you will be connected with a local realtor who will help you to create your new beginning in New Orleans.

Social Events

We offer monthly social events hosted by our Krewe Leaders. New residents who join our Krewe by opting in (for FREE) are invited to private events at our favorite venues for cocktails, socials and fun around the city!

Moving to New Orleans Resource Guide

The Moving to New Orleans Resource Guide is a pdf download that offers new residents important information that will help them to become more familiar with the city. This FREE resource includes descriptions of starter neighborhoods, information about transferring car registrations, how to find help with life maintenance issues and so much more. The Resource Guide is available to all members of the New Orleans Bienvenue Krewe when they complete our New Resident survey.
